Peter McGovern is the Founder and CEO of EdOdyssey, a partner in experiential learning that connects education with people, communities, and places in the U.S. and around the world. Founded in 2014, EdOdyssey collaborates with colleges, universities, and secondary schools to design and deliver customized faculty-led programs, first-year experiences, and semester study abroad.
A former classroom teacher with a background in international education leadership, Peter advocates for a human-centered future of education, with experiential learning at the core of the student experience. He is passionate about making these opportunities more accessible and bringing learning alive through real-world experiences that strengthen belonging, broaden perspectives, and connect academic learning with career exploration and personal growth.
