Description

Some of the most valuable insights don’t come from a presentation or a playbook – they come from conversations with peers who truly understand your work. AIEA Peer Learning Circles bring global education leaders together to step outside the day-to-day, share experiences, and learn from colleagues navigating similar questions and challenges. Our next cohort begins in November 2026, when participants will be matched into small groups of four to six peers for a four-month experience.

Circles are organized around institutional type, geographic location, or shared areas of interest and concern, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, share resources, and explore new approaches to the issues shaping internationalization. There is no formal curriculum – instead, each Circle is shaped by the experiences and expertise of its members.

Peer Learning Circles are open to AIEA Members. To participate in the Winter 2026 cohort, log in to the Member Hub and complete the interest form by October 15. Groups will be formed and introductions will be shared early November, with monthly meetings taking place November through February. Participants will also have the option to connect with their Circle in person at the AIEA Annual Conference in February. Find your circle this winter and make the most of the collective wisdom within the AIEA community. Together, you can discover new perspectives, spark new ideas, and find a little more clarity in the work ahead.
