Interested in hosting an AIEA Thematic Forum but not sure where to start? This interactive webinar is designed to help you move from early ideas to a strong, compelling proposal by the May 15 submission deadline. 

Hear directly from past Forum hosts Jolynn Shoemaker and JY Zhou, and members of the Thematic Forum Subcommittee as they share what makes a Forum successful, how to shape a topic that resonates, and what to expect throughout the process. The session also includes dedicated time to workshop your own ideas in a collaborative setting. You’ll have the opportunity to test concepts, get feedback, and refine your approach.
